Camera Ready Submission Guideline

For Camera Ready Submission, use same user ID and password, which are available in CMT website

If you have received an acceptance email from the TPC, please use the author instructions to prepare your final camera ready paper.

Please follow the following steps to finalize the camera-ready version of your paper:

STEP 1: FINAL CAMERA-READY PAPER PREPARATION

You are requested to revise your manuscript carefully according to the comments of the reviewers and do thorough proofreading of the manuscript to confirm that it will require no revision. Please carefully correct grammatical errors and typos. Please properly format the paper.

Please prepare the camera ready paper by strictly follow the paper template (double-column):
IEEE (double-column) Template:

  1. Paper Length: US Letter or A4,
  2. Allowable file size: 5 MB
  3. At this stage, the authors must include their names, affiliations, postal addresses, and email addresses in the paper.
  4. According to Reviewer Comments and suggestions, Please revise your camera-ready paper.
  5. Insert header and footer on the first page of your paper as follows:
    • Header (top left side):
    • 2026 IEEE International Conference on Electrical, Computer & Telecommunication Engineering (ICECTE 2026)
      29–31 January 2026, Rajshahi-6204, Bangladesh
    • Footer (bottom left side):
      • For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is:
        U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
      • For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is:

      • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is:

  6. Page limit: maximum 6 pages (including all figures, tables, and references. Under any circumstances cannot exceed the limit of 6 pages)
  7. Plagiarism and Multiple Submissions: ICECTE2026 will strictly follow IEEE policies for plagiarism and multiple submissions. You need to check the similarity and AI generated Text report and reduce the similarity and AI generated text of your paper below 30%. The conference committee will not be able to process your paper if the similarity and AI generated text are more than 30%.

Note:

  • All submissions must have no password protection on the PDF file, and all fonts must be embedded.
  • All submitted papers must be written in English.

STEP 2: IEEE XPLORE COMPATIBILITY OF PDF FILE

Final camera ready PDF file of your paper must be IEEE Xplore Compatible. You may convert your paper from your source application format to Xplore-compatible PDF by using IEEE PDF eXpress . In brief, you need to follow the following steps:

  1. Visit the IEEE PDF eXpress website.
  2. Log in or create a new account.
  3. Enter the Conference ID: 69292X, your email, and your password.
  4. Upload either:
    • Your existing PDF, or
    • Your source file (.doc, .docx, or .tex) to check its IEEE Xplore compatibility.
  5. Convert or validate the PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress.
  6. Download the IEEE Xplore–compatible PDF file.
  7. Save the confirmation email or screenshot from IEEE PDF eXpress as proof and rename it according to your paper ID (ex. 100_pdfexpress.pdf).

STEP 3: ELECTRONIC IEEE COPYRIGHT FORM (ECF) SUBMISSION

Login to your Microsoft CMT Author Portal: (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICECTE2026/)

Click on the “Submit the IEEE Copyright Form” field shown in “Actions” Column of the Author Console. Follow the instruction of electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) to complete the e-Copyright submission. A PDF copyright document will be created and stored on the IEEE file system automatically. You will have the ability to download the document. The authors will also receive an attached copy of the copyright form in email. A copy of the copyright form needs to be uploaded during final camera ready submission as additional document. Please rename it as paperId_ecf.pdf(ex. 100_ecf.pdf).

Note: ONLY electronic submission of copyright form is allowed and transferring IEEE copyright form electronically is a necessary requirement for publishing your paper in IEEE Xplore.

STEP 4: CAMERA READY PDF FILE SUBMISSION

Login to your Microsoft CMT Author Portal: (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICECTE2026/) and Check if you have uploaded the following documents:

  1. Camera-ready version of the paper (PDF eXpress checked) (PDF)
    [paperId_paper.pdf, Example: 100_paper.pdf]
  2. IEEE e-copyright form (PDF)
    [paperId_ecf.pdf, Example: 100_ecf.pdf]
  3. Proof of PDF eXpress compatibility check (PDF)
    [paperId_pdfexpress.pdf, Example: 100_pdfexpress.pdf]
  4. Response to reviewers (PDF)
    [paperId_response.pdf, Example: 100_response.pdf]
  5. Payment slip (PDF)
    [paperId_payment.pdf, Example: 100_payment.pdf]
STEP 5: REGISTRATION

Please check registration details at the conference website and do your registration in order to participate in the ICECTE 2026. Authors are required to register and pay their registration fee by the Deadline. Please use the following link:

Complete the payment at the appropriate category by visiting the Registration. Your payment slip needs to be uploaded in CMT Portal by renaming it as paperId_payment.pdf

STEP 6: PAPER PRESENTATION

It is expected that authors of registered papers will be presenting during the conference paper presentation period (29–31 January 2026). The technical program schedule will be updated to the conference website soon. More detailed guidelines about the final presentation will be available on the conference website.
